<h3>2. Client Responsibilities</h3>
<p>Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, timely responses, and relevant materials (content, images, branding assets, etc.). Delays caused by the client may impact deadlines or service availability.</p>

<h3>3. Payments</h3>
<p>All services require a deposit or full payment before commencement. Payment schedules are defined per project tier. Failure to pay on time may result in project delays or service suspension.</p>

<h3>4. Revisions & Edits</h3>
<p>Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your tier. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.</p>

<h3>5. Cancellation & Refunds</h3>
<p>Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after service has begun may be billed for work completed.</p>

<h3>6. Data Privacy & Communication</h3>
<p>VAOne Agency collects only the necessary data to provide services. We do not sell or share your data. Communication will primarily be via email or the customer dashboard.</p>
